Elite performance coaching
Act with Intent.
The ability to see, balance, move and breathe within the demand of sport is what separates elite athletes from average.
These factors make up the pillars of skill development required to operate at the highest of levels.
In order to operate at the highest level, these pillars must be strengthened equally.
Elite Performance coaching
It’s all about the approach.
Traditional coaching methods focus on repetition and conditioning. Trial and Error. Braun over brains.
Elite Performance Coaching uses a brain-based Functional Applied Neuroscience approach to identify weaknesses in an athlete’s pillars, followed by customized training to stimulate their nervous system and promote functional awareness.
The resulting effect is an advanced synergetic connection between the body and mind - enabling consistent high level athletic performance and improved injury avoidance.
Elite performance coaching
Perfect-practice makes perfect.
An athlete’s brain has around 100 billion neurons. Roughly 1 million of those enable you to sprint, change direction, catch and kick.
My approach comprehensively assesses your brain’s strengths and weaknesses, locates the neurons that are underutilized and activates them using specialized Functional Applied Neurology drills. The effects are immediately visible in improved muscular responsiveness, hand-eye coordination, and cognitive ability.
Practice doesn’t make perfect. Perfect-practice makes perfect. Work smart by training your brain AND your body, and watch your hard work pay dividends.
